Senior Legal

Responsibility

1. Responsible for formulating and reviewing the company's legal documents, including various contracts and agreements, and participating in contract-related negotiations;

2. Participate in the review and discussion of major projects to ensure the legitimacy of the projects;

3. Improve the management of legal affairs, implement daily legal work, and provide legal advice on the company's management system;

4. Legal training and education for employees;

5. Cooperate with customers to deal with complaints, lawsuits, arbitration and other legal events

6. Management of intellectual property affairs;

7. Other daily affairs related to law.



Job specification

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in law, working experience in Internet company, supply chain service platform, finance, trading company is preferred;

2, more than 5 years of legal related work experience, familiar with company law, contract law, intellectual property law, maritime law and other related enterprise legal affairs, legal professional qualification certificate or lawyer professional qualification certificate, listing experience is preferred;

3. Familiar with laws, regulations and policies related to enterprise operation, familiar with the daily legal work of the company, proficient in using office software;

4. Strong judgment and decision-making ability, organization ability, coordination ability, communication ability, analysis ability, writing ability and language expression ability;

5. Can independently undertake contract review, legal consultation, legal risk control and other related work.
